How it works here

An implant is the closest thing dentistry has to growing you a new tooth: a small titanium post that becomes part of your jaw, topped with a ceramic crown built to match its neighbors. Done right, you'll chew on it, brush it, and eventually forget which tooth it is. Done wrong — placed by eyeball, rushed before the bone is ready — it's an expensive redo. We only do it the first way.

At Juniper, every implant is planned in 3D before anyone touches you. A CBCT scan maps your bone, nerves, and sinuses; the implant position is planned on screen; and a printed surgical guide transfers that plan to your mouth with sub-millimeter accuracy. Placement is usually quicker and calmer than people expect — most patients tell us it was easier than the extraction that started the story.

Then we wait, on purpose. The implant fuses with your bone over about three to four months (this is the part no one can honestly rush), and then we attach the final crown — made here, matched to your smile. Your written quote covers the whole journey: scan, guide, implant, healing checks, and crown. From $3,500, with financing that makes it monthly-budget-sized if you want it.

Does getting an implant hurt?

The placement itself is done fully numbed and typically feels like pressure, not pain — most patients are surprised how uneventful it is. Plan on a few days of ibuprofen-grade soreness after, similar to a tooth extraction. The months of 'healing' after that are just your bone quietly doing its job; you won't feel it working.

Why does the whole process take months?

Because titanium and bone need time to fuse — it's biology, not scheduling. Anyone promising a permanent, load-bearing tooth in a week is either giving you a temporary or gambling with your bone. We'd rather you chew confidently for thirty years than brag about a fast timeline.

Is $3,500 really the whole price?

For a straightforward single implant: yes — scan, guide, placement, checkups, and crown. If you need extras like an extraction or bone grafting first, those are quoted separately and in advance, so the number on your paper is the number on your bill. That's the whole point of the paper.

Am I a candidate if I've been missing the tooth for years?

Often, yes. Bone does shrink where a tooth is missing, but grafting can rebuild a surprising amount. The 3D scan answers this definitively in one visit — and if implants genuinely aren't your best option, we'll show you why on the screen and talk through what is.
