Health information you share with us as a patient is additionally protected under HIPAA and our Notice of Privacy Practices, available at the front desk.

Information we collect

When you submit a booking or contact form, we collect the details you provide: your name, phone number, the service you're interested in, and anything you write in the message field. Our hosting provider also logs standard technical data (IP address, browser type, pages visited) needed to operate and secure the site.

How we use it

Form submissions go to our front desk so we can call or text you back about scheduling. That's it. We do not sell your information, share it with advertisers, or add you to marketing lists you didn't ask for. Appointment reminders are sent only to established patients who've opted in.

Analytics

We may use privacy-respecting analytics to understand which pages are useful. Analytics data is aggregated and does not identify you personally. We do not use advertising trackers or sell behavioral data.

Data retention & security

Website inquiries are kept only as long as needed to respond and schedule. Patient records are retained as required by Idaho law and professional regulations, and are stored in systems that meet HIPAA security requirements.
